Kashmir Limited incorporated in Cyprus as strategic European operating group

Kashmir Limited has been formally incorporated as a private limited company in the Republic of Cyprus, establishing its registered office and operational headquarters in Larnaca. The incorporation marks the creation of a dedicated European operating group structure designed to consolidate, manage, and grow a portfolio of businesses across the media, publishing, and hospitality sectors.

Cyprus was selected as the jurisdiction of incorporation for its well-established legal framework, favourable EU-compliant corporate tax regime, extensive network of double taxation treaties, and strategic geographic position at the crossroads of European, Middle Eastern, and North African markets. The country’s mature professional services ecosystem — including experienced auditors, legal counsel, and corporate administrators — provides the institutional support necessary for managing cross-border investment operations.

The firm’s initial strategic focus centres on acquiring and managing interests in established businesses with strong market positions, proven revenue models, and potential for operational improvement and geographic expansion. Priority sectors include independent publishing, digital media services, and boutique hospitality — areas where the founding team’s operational experience and sector knowledge provide a distinctive competitive advantage.

“The establishment of Kashmir Limited in Cyprus represents a significant milestone in our long-term investment strategy,” the company stated. “We are building a firm that combines entrepreneurial agility with institutional governance, positioned to identify and capture value across European mid-market sectors.”
