Kashmir Limited incorporated in Cyprus as strategic European operating group

Kashmir Limited has been formally incorporated as a private limited company in the Republic of Cyprus, establishing its registered office and operational headquarters in Larnaca. The incorporation marks the creation of a dedicated European operating group structure designed to consolidate, manage, and grow a portfolio of businesses across the media, publishing, and hospitality sectors.

Cyprus was selected as the jurisdiction of incorporation for its well-established legal framework, favourable EU-compliant corporate tax regime, extensive network of double taxation treaties, and strategic geographic position at the crossroads of European, Middle Eastern, and North African markets.
