Board advances German publishing market entry – partnership framework nearing completion

The Board of Directors has confirmed that negotiations for Kashmir Limited’s entry into the German-language publishing market are progressing to their final stages. The partnership framework under development is designed to leverage Altenberg’s proven creator-publisher model while establishing a strong local presence in Europe’s largest book market.

The German-language market represents the largest publishing market in Europe and the third-largest globally, with annual revenues exceeding EUR 9 billion. Kashmir’s strategic assessment, initiated in 2025, has identified significant opportunities for the group’s content-driven approach, particularly in segments where digital creators are building substantial audiences.

The partnership structure and detailed market strategy are expected to be finalised during Q2 2026, following completion of regulatory analysis and formal Board approval at the next quarterly meeting in Cyprus. The initiative reflects Kashmir’s disciplined approach to market expansion – thorough preparation, local partnership development, and governance oversight at every stage.

Further details on the partnership framework will be communicated following Board approval.
