International media partnerships review – Board assesses cross-border content production

At its latest quarterly review, the Board of Directors of Kashmir Limited assessed the group’s expanding international media partnerships. The review covered content produced by group companies for European public broadcasters across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland, as well as growing media relationships in Portugal.

The Board noted that video content produced by group companies has been commissioned by leading public broadcasting networks in multiple European markets. These partnerships reflect the group’s established production capabilities and the credibility of its content operations across borders. The media services division, coordinated from the Cyprus headquarters, manages broadcaster contract administration, licensing terms, and revenue allocation for these cross-border engagements.

In Portugal, the group’s hospitality and cultural activities have attracted coverage in national media, contributing to broader brand visibility in the Iberian market. The Board views this organic media presence as a positive indicator of the group’s growing European profile.

The Board confirmed that media revenue diversification remains a strategic priority, with international broadcaster partnerships contributing an increasingly significant share of the group’s overall media income. Further expansion of content production relationships with European public broadcasters is under active consideration.
