Altenberg catalogue expansion — Board approves new publishing partnerships framework

The Board of Directors of Kashmir Limited has approved a strategic framework for expanding the publishing catalogue of Altenberg Sp. z o.o., the group’s Warsaw-based publishing subsidiary. The framework establishes structured criteria for developing partnerships with content creators, building on Altenberg’s proven model as a creator-driven publisher in the Polish market.

The framework covers editorial criteria for evaluating prospective author partnerships, revenue-sharing models that align incentives between publisher and creator, production standards ensuring consistent quality across the catalogue, and distribution integration with ALT.PL to maximise market reach. The Board has reviewed a pipeline of prospective partnerships and approved initial engagement with selected creators.

The catalogue expansion strategy is designed to strengthen Altenberg’s position as Poland’s leading creator-driven publisher while maintaining the editorial standards and production quality that define the brand. The Board noted that Altenberg’s integrated model, combining editorial expertise with in-house distribution through ALT.PL, provides a compelling value proposition for creators seeking a full-service publishing partner.

The Board will continue to provide strategic oversight as Altenberg executes on the expansion framework, with quarterly reviews of partnership development progress and catalogue growth metrics.
