Media services division launched — advertising and content operations centralised in Cyprus

Kashmir Limited’s Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a dedicated media services division within the group, consolidating the advertising, video production, and content services activities that have grown organically within Altenberg’s operations. The strategic decision, taken at the Board’s quarterly meeting in Larnaca, reflects the group’s recognition that media services represent a significant and growing revenue stream that warrants dedicated management and investment.

The new division will operate under strategic oversight from Kashmir’s Cyprus headquarters, with operational execution managed through the group’s Polish subsidiary. Services include branded content production, advertising campaign management, video and multimedia production, and media strategy consulting — capabilities that leverage the group’s extensive experience in content creation, audience development, and creator partnerships.

The Board noted that the media services division represents a natural extension of the group’s core competencies in publishing and content. By formalising these activities as a distinct business line, Kashmir aims to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and create a scalable platform that can serve clients across multiple European markets as the group expands.
